More than forty youth advocates came together from across the country and infused the 2002 NCTOH with creative activism. From a mobile memorial that traveled to Union Square and the conference itself, to piles of cow manure in the street and flyers under hotel doors. This series of activism events kicked off a national and global partnership between youth advocates that continues at each NCTOH and WCTOH.
