What says death and disease more loud and clear than a body bag?  Since 1200 body bags are a little harder to come by than 1200 pair of shoes, we'll focus on the number 17 for this one, the number of people who die each day in Minnesota from tobacco.  Another number you can use is 20, the number of kids in Minnesota that become regular daily smokers every day.  So, find a visible spot and set up your body bags (crumpled newspaper and bent pieces of cardboard work well for stuffing the bags). Add signs, banners and other visuals that will attract attention.

Don't forget, when you are scouting out your location, be sure to ask permission and get any permits you might need if you are trying to use city property like a park or town square.
