Activate U is a campaign focusing on getting youth active and eating healthy! We want to engage and mobilize students by empowering them to take charge of their health. This campaign seeks to reach students and faculty alike. We are spreading our message through videos, posters, buttons, t-shirts, hands-on activism, special events, and speakers.
We know how limited a teacher's time can be. That's why we've developed lesson plans and activities you can use in the classroom with virtually no prep at all.
We provide creative, fully sourced PowerPoints, videos, interactive assignments and print outs. In addition, we offer information on ways to take activity breaks in the classroom throughout the day to get students moving. Check out our guidebooks that can help you get started!
Help launch the ACTIVATE: U campaign in your school by creating a week of wellness activities to promote awareness about healthy living, and discover what changes could be made in your school to make it a healthier place to learn and grow.
